5S Weaving Co., Ltd was established in Aug 8th 2006 in Ho Chi Minh City, The most active economic area of Vietnam. For years of development, 5S has become one of the best interlining manufacturer in Vietnam with wide ranges of Interlining for over 450 items included nonwoven, woven fusible interlining. Besides, being a convertor, 5S Weaving Co., Ltd supply the lining as poly-viscose, acetate, poly twill, poly taffeta… and pocketing such as plain and hearring bone T/C… At the same times, we strongly focus on the development for full set interlining of Men’s Suit as body fused, canvas, needle punch, sleeve head foam, under collar felt, shoulder pad, chest piece… to meet the most difficult requirements of the customers for high end garments.
order to meet the market demand, we have developed special program for non woven series to satisfy customer’s need.The major range products of nonwoven 5S are PP spunbond nonwoven, PP, Melt blown, PP SMS and PPE (laminated and membrane).
Our new application for non-woven focus on Anti-bacteria PP, Medical, Hygiene, Packaging, Agricutural and Textile.With the on going worldwide pandemic, 5S is focusing on mask/gown product.
Our state of the art non woven machines have been in operation since Mar 2020 and now is fully running for mask and gown product for increasing market demands. We also pass those FDA and CE standards that were confirmed by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Eurofins Scientific, Occupational Safety Center and National Institute for Food Control ( NIFC ).
